Elise founded PsyServices Academy to make rigorous, evidence-based psychology education available to people wherever they live and work. Her teaching draws on research in wellbeing, emotion and human experience, and on many years of designing training for hotels, spas, schools and public-sector teams.

She is known for turning complex ideas into calm, practical routines that learners can use the next morning. Alongside her teaching, she oversees the Academy's assessment standards and personally reviews assignments in the courses she leads.

Daniel works with organisations to design healthier ways of working, from shift patterns that protect sleep to team rituals that make difficult conversations easier.

At the Academy he leads the workplace wellbeing courses and hosts our seminars on stress and recovery during the busiest months of the hospitality season.
