About this course

Stress is not the enemy. It is a signal and a resource, and it becomes harmful when demand outruns recovery for too long. This course explains the stress response, separates everyday pressure from burnout, and shows how individuals and organisations can build recovery into ordinary weeks.

You will learn to read early warning signs, apply emotional first aid after setbacks, protect sleep in demanding schedules and write a personal resilience plan that your instructor reviews before you sit the final exam.

What you will learn

  • Distinguish ordinary pressure from the dimensions of burnout
